These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the agreement between Bakara 195 Corporation ("Organization", "we") and the person visiting or using bakara195.org ("User", "you"). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, we recommend that you do not use the Site. Bakara 195 Corporation is a nonprofit corporation registered in Wyoming, United States.

Bakara 195 is a platform for receiving online donations and delivering aid to those in need. Services we offer: - One-time and recurring (weekly/monthly) donations - Campaign-based fundraising (Qurbani, Zakat, Fitrana, orphans, Palestine, water wells, etc.) - Automated donation receipts - Donor account and donation history - Live chat and AI assistant support

When creating an account: - You must provide accurate, current, and complete information - You must keep your password confidential - You are responsible for all activity in your account - If under 18, parental/guardian permission is required - You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use Accounts with fake information, identity theft, or misuse will be closed without warning.

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. at PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Bakara 195 does not see, process, or store your credit card information. - Donations cannot be reversed once processed (exception: see Refund Policy) - Amounts are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) by default - Recurring donations are automatically charged each period; you may cancel anytime - Failed payments may be retried or the subscription may be paused Your donations are used only for the purposes stated in the respective campaigns, aligned with Bakara 195's mission.

The following are strictly prohibited: - Donating from illegal funds or stolen cards - Attempting to manipulate, test, or compromise system security - Using fake identity, email, or phone information - Using the Site for spam, phishing, or malware distribution - Donating on behalf of others without authorization - Requesting a donation receipt in a false name or entity - Submitting content that infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property Prohibited use results in account closure and possible legal action.

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, software, design) is the intellectual property of Bakara 195 Corporation or used under license. - Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited - You may view content for personal, non-commercial use - Attribution is required when sharing on social media

We provide our services "as is". Bakara 195 Corporation: - Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation - Is not liable for technical failures, server issues, or third-party service disruptions - Is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users - Liability for any post-donation losses is limited to the amount of the donation These limitations do not restrict the user's legal consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Disputes are first sought to be resolved amicably. For unresolved matters: - Wyoming state courts have jurisdiction - Commercial matters may be subject to arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules - Local consumer protection laws may apply to EU/Turkey residents For amicable communication: [email protected]

For significant changes: - Announcements will be made on the Site - Registered users will be notified by email - The current version is always published on this page Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
