Donation refund conditions and process details.

Important Notice

Bakara 195 Corporation is a nonprofit organization. Because donations are used directly to reach those in need, refunds are generally not processed. However, you may request a refund under the exceptional circumstances below.

Refundable Situations

Incorrect Amount or Duplicate Payment

If you sent an incorrect amount due to technical error or oversight, or the same donation was charged multiple times, the difference or excess will be refunded.

Unauthorized (Fraud) Transaction

If your card was used without authorization, contact us immediately. We will expedite the refund process in cooperation with your bank.

Unprocessed Donation

If your donation has not yet been directed to a campaign and you request a refund within 7 days, it will be refunded.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel recurring donations from your account page. You can request a refund for any post-cancellation charges.

Non-Refundable Situations

Processed Donation

Once your donation has been delivered to the beneficiary/campaign, refunds are not possible.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not accepted solely due to "change of mind" after a successful donation.

Requests After 30 Days

Refund requests more than 30 days after the donation date are generally not accepted (bank chargeback windows excluded).

Refund Process and Timeline

Submit Request

Email [email protected] with donation date, amount, and reason.

Review

Our team evaluates your request within 3 business days and replies.

Stripe Refund

If approved, Stripe initiates the refund to the same card. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Bank Credit

The refund appears on your bank statement within 7-14 business days (depends on your bank).

Bank Chargeback

Before initiating a chargeback directly through your bank, we recommend contacting us first. A refund via Stripe is faster than bank processes. However, there is no barrier to contacting your bank directly in cases of unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.

Please contact us with the donation date, amount, and reason. If possible, attach the donation confirmation email.
