What to expect when you write to us

We answer every message within two business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Mountain Time). Donation-receipt requests are handled by receipts@bakara195.org and usually resolved the same day — include the email address you donated with and the approximate date. Refund requests go to refunds@bakara195.org and follow our refund policy. Privacy and data-deletion requests (privacy@bakara195.org) are acknowledged within 72 hours as described in our privacy policy.

Journalists, researchers and donors may request certified corporate records — Articles of Incorporation, bylaws and governance resolutions — via legal@bakara195.org. Bakara 195 Corporation is a Wyoming public benefit nonprofit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 61-2341858); our registered office is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
