A Wyoming public benefit nonprofit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity established March 24, 2026.
Mission
Provide accessible charitable-giving education and build accountable nonprofit programs with documented governance, qualified partners, clear fund restrictions and evidence-based reporting.
What we do today
- Our active education program: free Zakat and Fitrana calculators kept current with 2026 nisab thresholds, used by donors at no cost and with no sign-up.
- 25+ original guides and articles in English and Turkish about Zakat rules, Sadaqah, donation safety and the tax treatment of U.S. charitable gifts, written and updated by our editorial team.
- Open organizational reporting — legal status, fund use and program status published and kept current on this website.
- Governance, compliance, safeguarding and partner due-diligence work that prepares our future humanitarian programs for launch.
Planned programs and current status
Humanitarian relief, clean water and family support are in structured development and launch only after board-approved partners, budgets and reporting controls are in place. Until then we do not conduct field distributions or transfer restricted donations through field partners, and we report that status honestly here and on our programs page.
